噛んだ時にギシギシっとして、やがては柔らかいのがまさにカヌレ。
断面の気泡のバランスや、しっとりした雰囲気もまさにカヌレ。
甘さは控えめです。洋酒がふわっと香ります。
柔らかい風味の豆乳ラテとのバランスが最高でした。
