阪神梅田本店の店舗 & 季節限定商品です。

器にピタっと整列したイチゴがかわいいパフェ。
桜型チョコレートかと思いきや、サクッとした歯ごたえのゼリーのようなグミのような。
正体は桜パウダー入りの豆乳寒天でした。

つぶつぶとした、あっさりずんだ豆のペーストが、甘く香ばしい豆乳ソフトクリームに合います。

ピンク色の小さな大福の中から、こし餡が出てきました。
ほっこり幸せ。

ずんだの下で、甘酸っぱいベリーの果肉入りソース、甘くないシリアル、甘い白あん、が層になっています。
スプーンを一気に差し込んで(苦戦するけど)、まとめて頬張ると複雑に甘い美味しさ。
シリアルと白あんが合うという、新しい発見にも出会いました。

This seasonal product is only available at the Hanshin Umeda Main Store.

It’s a cute parfait with strawberries lined up in a bowl.
I thought it was a cherry blossom-shaped chocolate, but it was actually soy milk agar with cherry blossom powder.
The light zunda bean paste goes well with the sweet and fragrant soy milk soft serve ice cream.
The small pink daifuku is filled with koshian paste.

It is layered with sweet and sour berry pulp sauce, unsweetened cereal, and sweet white bean paste.
When you taste it all together, you can feel the complex sweetness.

I discovered that cereal and white bean paste go well together.
